Scope and Contents
From the Record Group:
The records of Enrollment Management, Student Affairs & Student Success span the years of 1877-2023 with the bulk from 1969-1978 and 2016-2019. Materials include correspondence, statistics, reports, budgets, meeting minutes, newsletters, etc. The collection is divided into two series: Series 1 (Enrollment Management) and Series 2 (Elnetta G. Jones University Center for Student Success). Series 1 contains 5 sub-series: Sub-Series 1 (Administration), Sub-Series 2 (General Business), Sub-Series 3 (Financial Aid), Sub-Series 4 (Admissions), and Sub-Series 5 (Registrar). Series 2 contains 5 sub-series: Sub-Series 1 (Administration), Sub-Series 2 (Academic Engagement and Exploratory Studies), Sub-Series 3 (Learning Center), Sub-Series 4 (Office of Accessibility Resources), and Sub-Series 5 (First-Year Experience).
Some documents in this record group were produced by administrators but are in other subject-related folders to preserve original order. Many sub-series in Series 1 and Series 2 are very small but were created based on growth expectations. This collection could be reorganized at a later time to better reflect the university organizational chart as additional records are donated to the archive.

Overview
Documents include the records of the Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions, and various records of Enrollment Management. All enrollment documents as early as 1925 can be found in this series. The series was divided into sub-series based on the quantity of materials for each department. When there were not enough to warrant a sub-series, materials were added into Sub-Series 2 (General Business) and labeled accordingly. The 5 sub-series include: Sub-Series 1 (Administration), Sub-Series 2 (General Business), Sub-Series 3 (Financial Aid), Sub-Series 4 (Admissions), and Sub-Series 5 (Registrar). Most of the documents in these series are correspondence. There are some vital reports and statistics that demonstrate enrollment trends. Enrollment was made a department under the direction of the Provost in 2006. The department was called Enrollment Services and included Enrollment Management and Registrar. It went through a few changes before it became part of its own division. In 2020, Enrollment Management was moved back under the authority of the Provost and in 2021 it was moved under the division of Strategy and Student Success.
Arrangement
The series is arranged in alphabetical order.
