Scope and Contents

From the Record Group: The records of Enrollment Management, Student Affairs & Student Success span the years of 1877-2023 with the bulk from 1969-1978 and 2016-2019. Materials include correspondence, statistics, reports, budgets, meeting minutes, newsletters, etc. The collection is divided into two series: Series 1 (Enrollment Management) and Series 2 (Elnetta G. Jones University Center for Student Success). Series 1 contains 5 sub-series: Sub-Series 1 (Administration), Sub-Series 2 (General Business), Sub-Series 3 (Financial Aid), Sub-Series 4 (Admissions), and Sub-Series 5 (Registrar). Series 2 contains 5 sub-series: Sub-Series 1 (Administration), Sub-Series 2 (Academic Engagement and Exploratory Studies), Sub-Series 3 (Learning Center), Sub-Series 4 (Office of Accessibility Resources), and Sub-Series 5 (First-Year Experience).

Some documents in this record group were produced by administrators but are in other subject-related folders to preserve original order. Many sub-series in Series 1 and Series 2 are very small but were created based on growth expectations. This collection could be reorganized at a later time to better reflect the university organizational chart as additional records are donated to the archive.
