Overview

This series contains evaluations created by faculty members about their students. There is a mixture of handwritten and typed documents that arranged by student surname in alphabetical order. Files should be retrieved from folders by Archives staff only. There are some small, loose pieces that could easily be misplaced or become out of order. The series is not in date order, but the materials are dated between the 1920s-1940s. This series was restricted, but the restriction lapsed in 2015 - before the finding aid was created.

Arrangement

The series is arranged in alphabetical order by surname followed by the given name.

Processing Information

The materials in this series were put in alphabetical order by surname. Ideally, each surname would have its own paper folder within a regular folder, but that would have taken up too much space so the documents are simply placed in the folder in alphabetical order. However, when there were multiple small papers for the same person, they were put into a folder piece of white copy paper and placed along with other materials for that individual.
