The series includes 3 sub-series that consist of Sub-Series 1 (Administration), Sub-Series 2 (Budget), and Sub-Series 3 (General Business). A list of document subject topics can be found on the front of administrator folders in Sub-Series 1, but the list is not comprehensive and only includes recurring subject matter. In Sub-Series 2 there is not a budget plan for every year. Some years only include info and correspondence about the budget rather than a report. Sub-Series 3, Box 1, Folder 3a includes a CD titled, "Dean R. Koontz Collection." This series only holds 1 restricted folder in Sub-Series 1, Box 1, Folder 14. All restricted documents are located in a white paper folder within the primary folder and marked accordingly.
