Overview
The photographs in this series are of buildings, scultures, athletic fields and facilities, and various other structures on campus, including those that no longer exist or have been replaced with other structures. Some files contain photographs of events centered around dedications or renovations. There is an undated photo of the totem pole in Box 5, Folder 8 and another in Box 4, Folder 1c. Box 5, Folder 2a contains photographs that inscribed with the date and some details about the photo.

This series is divided into 3 Sub-Series: Sub-Series 1 (Administration), Sub-Series 2 (General Business), and Sub-Series 3 (Buildings). Sub-Series 3 documents include building dedication programs and any other information that explains the origin and description of the building. Overview
All the documents in this series are CVSNS records kept by Quinn Mickey, a Shippensburg attorney, who unofficially assisted the Board of Trustees as an attorney. He was elected as a normal school trustee by the state in 1906 and served until 1931. This is a small series but has some significant papers that document the construction of the first Model School on campus that was later named Gilbert Hall.
